Hi! I’m Brett. I’ve been collecting plants and seeds for over 10 years, but my love for them started long before that. In high school, I practically lived in my school’s greenhouse, thinking about plants all day during class. When I got my first job, I filled my bedroom with succulents and aroids. A couple years later, I started my first outdoor garden! Along the way, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and met amazing friends in the plant community. RFC is my way of doing things differently to share my passion and gratitude with you.
Too often, smaller or independent seed sellers are just that—sellers. The growers are nameless, uncredited, and a mystery. For me, that takes away the romance and trust. How can I ask questions about a plant from someone who’s never grown it? Worse, many listings feature stock photos or "borrowed" images from Google—what a snooze. And with the recent houseplant boom, we’ve all seen sellers flipping struggling or wild-harvested imports and charging laughable prices.
At RFC, I promise things will be different.
🌱 Ethically Sourced Plants
None of our plants are wild-harvested. Imported plants are grown at our facility for months before propagation. I carefully vet my suppliers to ensure their values align with mine.

Every seed I sell is grown, harvested, and hand-cleaned by me. All seeds come from unpatented, open-pollinated plants.
